Working characteristics

Gravity filling, also known as atmospheric pressure filling machine, is filled under atmospheric pressure by the self-weight of the liquid. Gravity filling machine is a common liquid filling equipment, mainly used for filling various liquid substances, such as beverages, edible oil, cosmetics, etc.. It uses the principle of gravity to naturally flow the filled materials into the container through gravity to achieve fast, accurate and pollution-free filling. The gravity filling machine is simple in structure and easy to operate, and can be adjusted and replaced with parts according to different needs. However, this filling machine is only suitable for filling low viscosity airless liquids such as pure water filling and mineral water filling. Bottle Washing Part

The pure water bottle is transmitted to the bottle washing machine by the conveying mechanism, and the bottle washing machine washes the inner wall of the bottle.

The bottle washer is equipped with bottle clamps on the rotary plate, which hold the bottle mouth and flip it 180° along a rail so that the pure water bottle mouth enters the bottle flusher downwards. In the specific area of the flushing machine, special nozzles spray flushing water to rinse the inner wall of the bottle. The bottle is rinsed, drained and then turned 180° along the guide rail with the bottle clamp holding it so that the bottle mouth is up. The washed bottles are exported by the bottle flusher through the bottle paddle star wheel and transferred to the filling machine.

The pure water bottle entering the filling machine is held by the bottle neck pallet and the bottle rises under the action of the cam, and then the filling valve is topped off by the bottle mouth. The filling is done by gravity filling. After the filling valve is opened the material passes through the filling valve to complete the filling process. When the liquid level inside the bottle blocks the return tube, the air stops returning and then the automatic filling stops. After the filling is finished, the bottle mouth drops down and leaves the filling valve, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the transition toggle wheel of the bottle neck of the card.

After washing and filling, the bottles arrive at the capping machine in the last stage under the action of the conveying mechanism. The locking parts on the capping machine block the bottle mouth to prevent rotation. The cap is kept in the capping machine with metric rotation and self rotation, and under the action of cams, it realizes the action of cap grasping, cap sleeve, cap screwing and cap removal to complete the whole capping process. Finally the pure water bottles are transferred from the capping machine to the bottle conveying chain through the bottle discharge toggle, and then transferred out of the 3-in-1 water bottle filling machine by the conveying chain.
