We also provide juice can filling machine. Juice can filling machine is a specialized equipment used in the beverage industry to automate the process of filling juice into cans. It is designed to efficiently and accurately fill the cans with a predetermined volume of juice and seal them for packaging.
This filling valve is specially designed for negative pressure filling and re-flux filling. and the whole valves concentrate installed on rotary plate, valves will not be moved during filling, and bottles go up and down linear motion. During materials filling, materials flow into the filling valve through the valve core, and then the spring is pushed open by the washer, and materials would be injected into the bottle. The air in the bottle is discharged from the bottle formed by the valve core and the liquid inlet valve core through the liquid return connector. After the materials in the bottle is filled, the excess material also flows back from the bottle to the re-flux tank. During the non-filling state, the filling valve is sealed by the action of spring. Sealing rings are used in all parts of filling valve that may be connected to external part. If material leakage is found during production, please consider whether the seal is damaged first. When pouring, install the cleaning dummy cup. The cleaning liquid flows from the valve core into the cleaning dummy cup and then back through the return connector to the re-flux tank, ensuring that all areas where the material passes can be cleaned.
Washing: The bottle of juice goes through air conveyor and separated by inlet bottle click-wheel into suitable distance and then into rinsing machine, the rinsing clips catch the bottle neck and turn around 180°based on the guide, making bottle mouth down. In the rinsing area, the special nozzle on the clips spraying aseptic water to rinsing the inner bottle, after drying, turning around another 180 also based on the guide, making mouth up.
Filling: Cleaned bottle moved out and into filling machine by click-wheel. The bottles into the filling part blocked by hang bottle board and go up and down at the action of raise-down group, overcoming the spring action and opening the filling valve to fill the juice. After filling the bottle goes down at the action of cams.
Capping: Filling finished bottle goes into capping machine at the response of click-wheel. The stop-rotate knife on the capping machine blocks the neck part and keep bottle up and no rotating. The Rotating head on the capping machine keeps personal rotating and also public rotating, at the action of cams achieves catching caps, covering caps, rotating caps and leaving caps action, finishing all processes. The finished products sent to conveying chain by the click wheel, and moved out of 3 in 1 filling machine by the chain. This machine adopts bottle neck hanged typeFill.
