The bottles are transferred by the conveyor mechanism and conveyed to the bottle washing machine of the 3-in-1 machine through the bottle paddle star wheel. The bottle washing machine is equipped with bottle clamps on the rotary disc, which grip the bottle mouth and flip it 180째 along one rail to make the bottle mouth down. In the specific area of the bottle washer, the bottle washer nozzle sprays bottle washing water to rinse the inner wall of the bottle. After rinsing and draining, the bottle is held by the bottle clamp and then turned 180째 along the guide rail, so that the bottle mouth is up.

The cleaned bottle is sent to the filling machine under the action of the transmission mechanism.
