Normally production time is around 60-90days, the exact time depends on machine model, and the capacity, quantity of the machines.
In order to ensure the accuracy of each part, we are equipped with a variety of professional processing equipment.
Each component before assembly needs strictly control by inspecting personnel.
Each assembly is in charged by a master who has working experience for more than 6 years.
After all the machines are completed, we will connect them together and run the full production line
for at least 12 hours to ensure the stable running in clients’ factory.
We offer whole filling line testing production service in our factory.
We have reference project in many countries, and you can visit their factories if we get the permission of the user.
We accept 30% deposit 70%TT before shipment or by 100% LC/Western Union.,etc
Yes, we can provide the turnkey project for beverage production line, even from PET preform and cap making machine and some other equipment which is required by customer or by this project.
We can design the machines according your requirements(material ,power,filling type,the kinds of the bottles.,etc),at the same time we will give you professional suggestion by many years industrial experience.
We can send you our catalog,but most of our machines are custom made which based on clients’ requirements,so we don’t have standard price list,but we can offer you our standard model machines prices as reference.
We will test all the machines before shipment, you can come to inspect the machines or we can take videos for you or you can point the 3rd party come to check your machine instead of you.
We will send our engineer to your side as soon as you get all your machines ready , for testing and teaching your technicians how to run the machines.
Normally we will send suitable engineers to client factory for installation and commission; the time is around 20 days but also depends on the condition of buyer factory.
We will provide one year spare part with machine loading; during warranty time also we will provide free spare parts for replacement; after warranty time the spare parts will be charged but by low price.
We provide 24 months warranty for mechanical parts; and 12 months for electric and pneumatic parts
